Ok, so have you ever wanted some yummy Rice Krispie Treats but really didn't want to stand over a pot, constantly watching and stirring it?! If your answer was yes, here's the solution!
Start by gathering ingredients. You will need the items shown in the picture which are marshmallows, butter or margarine, and Rice Krispie cereal.
Place 3 tablespoons of butter in the bottom of the crock-pot, cover with a whole bag of regular sized marshmallows, then cover those with 6 cups of the rice cereal. Turn the heat to high and let cook for 1 hour, check every 10 minutes or so to make sure it's not burning. Stir occasionally.
Once the mixture is gooey and melt-y,  pour and press the mixture into a prepared {greased} 9x12 in. Pyrex pan. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before digging in.
